Privacy policy

This policy applies to holchemont.com and to the forms on it. It covers Holchemont, Ltd., a commercial general contractor based at 900 North Main Street, McAllen, TX 78501.

It does not cover hiring paperwork, signed contracts, or project records that we handle outside the website. If you are already working with us on a job, the terms of that agreement govern that information.

Two things: what you type into a form, and basic measurement data about how the site is used.

Information you send us. Our contact form asks for your name, email address, and message, and optionally your company, phone number, and the role you are reaching out in. Our subcontractor prequalification form asks for your company name, contact name, email, phone, and primary trade, and optionally your service area, years in business, bonding capacity, and any notes you want to add. You choose what to put in those fields.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the site we receive standard analytics data such as the pages you visit, roughly where you are connecting from, your browser and device type, and how you arrived. This is reported to us in aggregate. We are not trying to identify individual visitors with it.

Form submissions go to our team so we can answer you. Contact inquiries get routed to whoever is best placed to respond. Prequalification submissions go to the people who put bid lists together, and we keep them on file so we can reach you when work in your scope comes up in the Valley.

Analytics data tells us which pages people actually use, so we know what to fix and what to expand.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or trade it. We do not use it to send marketing you did not ask for.

This site uses cookies for analytics and for basic functionality. When you first arrive you are asked what you want to allow, and you can change that decision at any time through the cookie settings on the site. Blocking analytics cookies will not break anything.

Our cookie policy lists the categories in detail. Your browser settings can also refuse cookies outright.

We use a small number of outside services to run the site. Each one sees only what it needs to do its job, and each has its own privacy terms.

• Jotform receives and stores form submissions, then emails them to us.
• Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, handles site measurement.
• Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs.

Beyond that, we release information only when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our people, or someone's safety.

Contact inquiries stay on file as long as they are useful for answering you and keeping a record of the conversation. Prequalification submissions we keep longer on purpose, because the point of the bid list is to still have your details when a job in your trade comes up. Analytics data follows the retention period set in Google Analytics.

If you want your information removed, write to us and we will take care of it.

The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions travel encrypted. We limit access to submissions to the people who need to act on them. No system online is perfectly secure, so we will not claim otherwise, but we treat what you send us with care.

This is a business-to-business site for construction work. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Checking that date is the quickest way to see whether anything has moved since your last visit.
